rental rules: So that your stay conditions are as pleasant as possible, and that health and safety conditions are guaranteed for everyone, we ask you to read these regulations carefully.
Rental period
This accommodation is rented to you for a period defined at the time of your reservation, determined in your rental contract. Under no circumstances may a customer claim any right to remain on the premises outside of this period.
Arrival and Departure
Arrival times are scheduled for the afternoon from 4 p.m.
Departure times are scheduled in the morning before 11am.
Materials and Equipment provider
? The accommodation is rented with bedding (box springs and mattresses), duvets and pillows.
? Sheets and other household linen (bed sets, towels, tea towels, etc.) are also provided.
? A charging point for electric vehicles is available outside the cottage.
? Payment for consumption is to be paid in addition at the price per kilowatt before departure.
? Please bring garbage bags, sponges, soft coffee pods (SENSEO type), detergent, charcoal for the Grill...
Use of locations
All furniture is at your disposal. Please keep it in good condition and ensure it is clean.
The provision of water, electricity (except the electric vehicle charging point) and heating is included in the rental price. However, in order to respect the environment as much as possible, please turn off the lights when you leave a room, do not let the water run unnecessarily, and do not leave doors and windows open for long periods if you use the heating.
All amenities are at your disposal, subject to normal and reasonable use. In this regard, please do not throw anything into the toilet bowl, apart from toilet paper.
Each door leading to the accommodation is equipped with a key lock. Please make sure to close them properly when leaving the premises. You are responsible for any theft and damage in the event of non-compliance with this clause.
Safety and decency instructions
Please respect the tranquility of the premises and use them in accordance with their intended purpose. Parties are prohibited. The sound volume, inside and outside the property, must be contained in order to respect the tranquility of the neighborhood. In the event of a conflict and/or complaint, we reserve the right to exclude customers causing the disturbance.
Out of respect for the neighborhood, it is strictly forbidden to make noise in the evening after 10 p.m. and before 8 a.m.
Smoking is strictly forbidden inside the accommodation. Please smoke outside and close the doors to prevent smoke from entering the accommodation. Ashtrays are available on the balcony and on the terrace of the cottage.
In case of emergency, please call the emergency services (18 for the fire brigade, 15 for the emergency services, 17 for the police).
Cleaning
Cleaning included in the rental price includes:
• Routine cleaning of the parts.
o Please ensure that the accommodation is not left in a mess, in particular by ensuring that furniture, objects and dishes are put away and by throwing away the rubbish. Also remember to empty the refrigerator and dishwasher.
• Washing household linen.
o Please do not remove the sheets or put them in the washing machine. The linen must be returned in good condition. For any stained linen, charges will be deducted from the security deposit.
Household Waste
Bins are provided for your use. Please respect the sorting rules indicated on these:
o Recycling bin for cardboard, plastic and metal packaging
o Orange bin for Household waste
o Brown bin for organic waste (emptying at the cemetery parking lot (200m))
When you leave, please do not leave anything in the trash and return it clean.
Welcoming Animals
Pets are accepted in the cottage. A supplement of €20 will be applied per stay, this is for the more thorough cleaning that an animal, even a well-behaved one, requires!
Animals are not allowed on fabrics (beds, sofas, armchairs, chairs, etc.). They must never be left in the accommodation in the absence of their owner. Any damage caused by animals is the sole responsibility of the tenant and will be deducted from their deposit.
En cas de problème
In the event of a breakdown or malfunction, please contact us immediately. We will then do our best to remedy the situation. No reimbursement for troubleshooting or repairs will be taken into account without our agreement.
In the event of breakage, damage or deterioration, please report it during your stay, even if no damage appears. In the event of loss or deterioration of elements of the accommodation, the amount of the deposit may be reduced by the cost of repair or possible replacement.
The Signing of the Contract
The signing of the rental contract validates the acknowledgement of the internal regulations and the general rental conditions. No price negotiation will be possible after signature. Failure to comply with safety instructions, contractual commitments or the internal regulations entitles the owners of the cottage to an immediate termination of the rental without reimbursement as stipulated in the general rental conditions.
